Refund policy

Paint Refund Policy: 

Tinted Paint: 

Paint that is tinted to match a selected color is not returnable.

Off-the-Shelf Paint

Paint that was not tinted by a Waters & Brown colorant machine and has not been used can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. This includes off-the-shelf white paint as well as paint we carry in stock colors. 

Eligibility: 

Refunds are only accepted for items that are missing, damaged, discolored, the wrong color, or unused. 

If an item in your order is missing, damaged, or discolored, please bring back to the store the items and/or receipt you request a refund for. 

Eligibility for a refund lasts for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased the paint and you then request a refund, we will not approve that refund.

Refunds Process (if applicable):

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to whichever original method of payment was used to purchase your samples. For example, if you purchased your paint with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that same card. Please keep in mind that it typically takes 1-5 days for the refund to show.
